Scientific collaborations: We would like to highlight the following scientific collaborations, related to our research lines on new antiepileptic treatments:

• Dr. Verónica Milesi’s team (Institute of Immunological and Physio- pathological Studies – IIFP, Argentina), who perform in vitro screening in vitro of our compounds using the patch clamp technique, a valuable approximation to mechanistically characterize drugs targeting channelopathies.
• Dr. Luisa Rocha’s team (Center of Research and Advanced Studies- CINVESTAV, México), who test our drugs in status epilepticus models.
• Dr. Guido Pesce’s team (National Administration of Medications, Food and Medical Technology - ANMAT, Argentina), who perform permeability studies with our drugs and nano-systems.
• Dr. Guillermo Castro’s team, from the Laboratory of Nanobiomaterials CINDEFI, Argentina, who contribute with their expertise in the development of nano-systems of diverse nature.
