The objective of our work is to study the implication of the endocannabinoid system in the physiopathology of Dravet syndrome to justify a therapy with cannabinoid compounds in this disease. More specifically we are studying.

• Changes in the expression of endocannabinoid genes or related in lymphocytes of patients with Dravet syndrome.
• The possible alterations of the endocannabinoid system elements in Dravet mice brains
• The effect of the pharmacological treatments with cannabinoid compounds in Dravet mice.
• The receptors and/or mechanisms involved in the positive effects of cannabinoid compounds in Dravet mice.
